Mike and Mark Laethem
Mark and Mike Laethem are the third generation of a family that has been
dedicated to the service of the agricultural industry. The Laethem brothers have
built one of the most of successful agricultural sector businesses in Michigan
and will continue along that path of success in the Farm Depot venture. Their
success is due in large part to the attention that they pay to their customers
and their customer's needs. Mark and Mike Laethem are happy to provide their
talents and expertise to customers using the time-honored, and successful
Laethem tradition. Mike and Mark have served farmers in Tuscola County and
throughout Michigan for more than 55 combined years.
Duane Roggenbuck
Duane grew up on his family farm in the Ruth area and has a good
understanding of the challenges that today's agricultural producer faces.

Rodney Kuhl
Rodney has been in the Ag Chem sprayer business for over 15 years. He
spent the first 9 years with Ag Chem as a field service representative and the

Warren Wilkinson
Warren lives in southwestern Michigan and has been
involved in agriculture all his life. Warren's ag experiences include farming,
insurance sales, representing Farm Bureau and an agriculture sales rep for

Tim Harman
Tim enjoys selling farm equipment as well as calling on some of Michigan’s
best farmers. Tim has been involved in selling and marketing farm
equipment since he graduated from the University in Agriculture Economics.
Tim has been involved in the sale and marketing of Massey Ferguson, Case, New
Idea, Kuhn, Challenger, Caterpillar and New Holland products for the past thirty
five years. Tim covers the South East portion of Michigan for Farm Depot

Jeff Moore
Jeff has been involved with the Laethems since 1991 and works in sales as
well as technical products. Jeff also manages the information systems for
Farm Depot. Jeff enjoys selling Challenger tractors and technical
products. Jeff is a graduate of Saginaw Valley State University and holds

Chuck Kotsch
Chuck (Chuckie) Kotsch has a long history in the service field and is the
Service Manager for Farm Depot. He has training in a wide variety of
technical fields and effectively manages Farm Depot's shop and mobile technician
